If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I had a manicure and pedicure done for my birthday and the man who did my pedicure hardly acknowledged me. That was fine. The issue I had, was that the next day my feet were inflamed, itchy and painful to the touch. To make matters worse the (gel) paint was literally peeled off within 24 hours. Nick was terrible! We had a miscommunication on the size of the nail. When I asked him to fix it, he said someone else should do my nails, and he walked off. I had one Hand with cut down nails, and the other hand without. I will never come here again! He was completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He should not be the only one assigned to full set nails!
When getting my pedicure Casandra’s work was amazing if you are to get a pedicure 100% would ask for her she’s gentle sweet and will ask if you are alright.
Nancy does an exceptional job on my nails. She takes her time and makes sure they are done to my liking. Definitely worth the drive to LaPlata.
On 5/1/26 my daughter and I went to Charlie's Nails and Spa in La Plata md for the first time. We both had manicures and petticures. The lady that took care of my daughter was ok. She did a good job. However, I had 2 people, one for my hands and one my feet. The lady that did my feet was ok but I guess she had to leave and wasn't able to do my hand.
