I haven’t been here for awhile but nothing has changed still letting people talk on the phone while getting a pedicure. Should not be able to do this. It supposed to be to be a spa not a place to talk on the phone. Will not come back.
it is a great place to go. The place is really really nice and clean. Jenny is a great person is so nice. She is great at her work highly recommend!!!
The owner Charlie is extremely ruff and unprofessional. He continued to jerk my hand and fingers around in an unnatural manner. He told me “Stop tensing up! I tell all my customers to stop moving around or else it will make my hands hurt”! He then continued to do my nails while listening to a podcast. He then began smacking my hand while saying “ you’re too tense”! I told him “ I’m sorry but it’s a natural reaction to how you are jerking my hand around “.
