Just had the best pedicure of my life. Will definitely be back.
Look how perfect they are! Charlie is the GOAT, he knows what he’s doing. The employees are all so nice and professional and I love the family atmosphere. This is the only shop I allow to do my nails/toes. The shop is very clean and relaxing and it’s never too busy.
I have been a client here for 12 years, but never again. The last few times Charlie did my nails he has been increasingly unfriendly to me. I’m a nice person, a good tipper with cash and a loyal client. I never see him treat other people the way he does me. I have been a regular client at Charlie's for at least a year and a half now. I was impressed with HIS work and the establishment vibe/cleaniness. Over the time I've been there half of his employees are not up to his standards or the basic standards of nail care. I've had multiple messed up polish applications, cuticle care not done, a finger here, a toe there, not a big deal but this is all the time unless Charlie is doing the service. bro they messed my cousin up she showed the inspo pic and they gave her that and CHARGED 135$ for just those if i could give 0 stars i would its not worth the bougie experience.
