THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I WENT IN FOR A PEDICURE, I WAS RUSHED WHEN I PICKED MY COLOR. THE LADY WAS EXTREMELY SHORT AND SNAPPY WITH ME AND THE OTHER PATRONS. THE "NAIL TECH" USED THE SAME UTENSILS ON MY FEET WITH OUT SANITIZING THEM FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER. WHEN I APPROACHED THE OWNER HE WAS ARGUMENTATIVE AND TOLD ME THE NAIL FILES AND CLIPPERS WERE "PRE-SANITIZED" IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL NOT GO BACK AND I WILL TELL OTHERS. STATE BOARD WILL BE CONTACTED
Charlie rushed an acrylic backfill, "finished" in 20 minutes. Asked him to re-do the worst of them, but still lumpy, uneven. Total waste of money. Will not ever go back.
