He knew what he was doing, went beyond what was necessary to make sure you understood the process of what you were needing to accomplish getting your part and boat back on the water. We had to get a whole engine rebuild on our newly purchased boat. I went to multiple service and they all said its done for. Eventually we found Charlie and he had it all rebuilt and back to us very quickly. My family and I are back on the water and enjoying the boat. His team is awesome at what they do! I fully trust them with my boat and will use them ever time I need any work.
