It took months to get my vehicle seen. Prob with the shifting going up hills between 1st and 2nd gear is not resolved.

We dropped our Kia off Wednesday afternoon for a Thursday 9:00am appointment. The service writer said it would take a couple hrs. We did not get a call. My wife called Charlie’s Kia service at 3:40 pm Thursday. A woman said she would have someone call her back about the vehicle. No one called. I called Friday early afternoon and talked to a gentleman and he said the recalls were completed on Thursday. I asked why no one called us. He said he called my phone at 3:30pm on Thursday.
