Charlies has been our go to place since he opened. I just call him Charlie, the guy who owns it. He's always been nice & our order is always correct & to perfection.If there's not enough salt people complain, too much they complain, just add your own salt. Plenty of condiments are in each box & their Chuckwagon plate & Hamburger Steak plate are great. Add gravy & onions to the Hamb St, really good. All these years since Charlie's opened, we've never had a complaint.
This a family owned made to order. They try to make sure everything is right. I've seen the poor girl behind the counter treated badly, because she has no control of which order comes out first & the kitchen is just trying to get the food out fast. This is a made to order restaurant, not a fast food. They try to get the food out fast tho. The quality of everything I have eaten here is great.
