Pure chaos when busy with no communication. I waited for over 1:15 minutes (12/12/2025) with one customer in line before me. Four barbers on the floor, appointments coming in with the look of walk ins. I watched a barber make contact with a lady with her other son as she walked in the door. She clearly didn’t have an appointment but knew the customer and gave her the look that it may be while. We love Miss Katelyn!!! Took our son for his first haircut at 1.5 yrs old. We make an appointment with her because she is popular. No wonder why! She is patient and so kind. She takes the time to make him feel comfortable. He has grown to enjoy his haircut over the last year.
Extremely rude and condescending
Was at Charlie's barbershop this morning, got a haircut and beard trim from Stephanie. Exceptional! Will definitely be a regular from now on. Just wished I listened to my son sooner. Highly recommend.
Steven, Kaitlyn, Charlie and everyone else at Charlie's makes this the best shop in town. Never had a bad experience and they are always very helpful!
