Toyota Corolla had a very rough idle and was lurching while drive. After being told by many other shops it was a week+ until an appt, Charlie's told me they could look at it that morning. When I arrived he promptly checked out the car and two hours later called to share the diagnosis of a bad ignition coil. He offered to throw in a discounted oil change while he was already working on the car which I couldn't refuse.
