We are traveling through Ruston and our vehicle started acting up. The first place Google sent us to was Charlie's. Instead of being even somewhat accommodating, they sent us to another mechanic. Seriously? We could break down before we drive the 5 miles to get to the next place, but that's okay. We aren't their problem. RecommendedWe contacted Charlie’s from Florida but our son is a student at La Tech. He was experiencing alternator problems. Charlie’s was courteous and promptly repaired my son truck in one day. Plus the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Charlie’s shop

Charlie's Auto did a great job and we're very informative. They were great at communicating as far as keeping me updated on what was going on. I Got a Brand New compressor put in my car. It's working great, and they even called me after it was done to make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend them. Thank you Charlie's Auto for making summer tolerable again.
Actually learn how to fix a vehicle. Taken my truck 3 times with no fix
They are horrible people way too many unsatisfied customers over price as well as guessing what the problem is just spending money while the guess never going back
