We have been to Charlie's multiple times now, and we have always had exceptional experiences. They are very professional, friendly, do quality work (in a quick, efficient manner), and make your experience as smooth as possible. On our last visit, our Toyota had been run into at a stoplight and had to have the entire rear bumper replaced.
