These reviews are clearly false and more then likely are all done by the same person. I took my jeep there to get a window fixed that had fallen and wouldn't roll back up. It had done the same thing over a year prior to this and was fixed by using a piece of PVC pipe so I figured the pipe had slipped. All they did was folded a small piece of cardboard and place on top of the pvc pipe. That didn't last twenty four hours. I highly recommend Charlie's to owners of Toyota vehicles... especially for those individuals who have limited knowledge of the mechanical operation of cars. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Professionalism and exceptional service are the standard at Charlie's Auto Center.
Been going to Charlie's for years. Jimmy and Chris take good care of us and keep my 1993 Nissan Maxima running. They're friendly, accommodating and very reasonable. They know their business too. So glad we found them. You will be too!

I went there today for oil change and they were suppose to re-thread or change my transmission oil plug because it wasnt opening. They fixed it and changed the oil and did a good job. My total was $98, but I only had $97 in my checking account, so he dropped it to $90. I'm a student and money is always tight. The service is very good and people seem to be very nice and helpful.
