They came out right away to assess the problem and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They did a great job and took good care in removing and replacing the unit.
Heard this shop was good from other neighbors and asked for a quote to replace my home A/C unit. Their quote was the best price I got and they installed it sooner than others could. When I called with questions about my quote, they were very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with my new A/C unit and want to thank Charlie's for a job well done.
We recently had the privilege of replacing a furnace that was beyond the legal drinking age. Tis the season for broken furnaces! What I am happy about is that we called Mindy, Kenny and the team at Charlie’s AC & Heating. Very thankful for their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
