Our upstairs heating system had a problem which another AC company said would cost $998 to fix. We called Charlie's for a second opinion and they came right out. The technician correctly identified a different issue and solved the problem for about 1/10th the price. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable, we will certainly be repeat customers!
They came out right away to assess the problem and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They did a great job and took good care in removing and replacing the unit.
Heard this shop was good from other neighbors and asked for a quote to replace my home A/C unit. Their quote was the best price I got and they installed it sooner than others could. When I called with questions about my quote, they were very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with my new A/C unit and want to thank Charlie's for a job well done.
