Been burnt before with other AC companies. Charlie’s AC is a breath of fresh air. Our technician, Clayton, was very professional and polite. He completed the job in less than an hour at a great price. I highly recommend this company. Stay away from the big box AC companies who care more about their trucks and uniforms than quality work.
Great company. They did original installation when we built. Great company, fair pricing. Have them do a check up twice a year to keep units in great shape. Technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Owners are great and always ready to answer any questions.
Our upstairs heating system had a problem which another AC company said would cost $998 to fix. We called Charlie's for a second opinion and they came right out. The technician correctly identified a different issue and solved the problem for about 1/10th the price. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable, we will certainly be repeat customers!
