I have been a customer of Charlie Vacs for over four years! They fixed a broken vacuum that a store in Coral Springs insisted that it was garbage! Recently I purchased a vacuum from Charlie Vacs. After a few months it needed a minor repair. The closest Dyson certified store was Gators Vacs in Coral Springs. The guy was rude and immediately insisted that we should inquire for a new vacuum. We came back to Charlie Vacs and had the best experience! They are honest and they won't make you pay if you don't have to!
