I had my hot water system explode on me in the middle of the night. I was advised to call Ben through another plumber that we use for our complex as he was too busy and I needed it fixed immediately. Belinda from the office had Ben from Charlie The Plumber come over immediately, he saw I needed a new system, drained the water, sent another worker out who took away the broken hot water system and installed a new system for me.
