I've been using Charlie the plumber for 18 years and they are "simply the best" in every aspect of plumbing. From when you call to completion of job, you cant beat them for time, service, satisfaction and price. Would never and have never, used any other plumber
unfortunately I have to revoke my stars to a minus 1, plumber came out fixed taps but damaged hose. Tenant rang for them to come back and fix, 2 hours service call plus parts charged. Office lady bantered back and forth in emails , telling me she is disappointed I believed my tenant. My Tenants has been a tenant for over 15 years. Childish behaviour from staff and untrustworthy plumber.
I apologise but I can't remember the names but 2 blokes from charlie the plummer turned up to check the gas stove on our caravan which wasn't working. May have been Jason and Lee Any way they turned up on the dot, found the problem and replaced the regulator in no time. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thanks again fellas. Regards Peter
