Specialties Buffalo's famous Beef on Weck sandwich History Established in 1915. As our name suggests, Charlie's Grandfather started the business as a butcher shop in downtown Buffalo. Three generations later, Charlie took the meats out of the display case, slow roasted them, carves them with the skill of a surgeon (or butcher) and has perfected Buffalo's Famous Beef on Weck sandwich. Meet the Manager Andrew H. Manager I am proud to have worked for this family business for over 25 years.

could be better Last time I had family in town we stopped by NOCO to get beef on weck at the Charlie the Butcher shop. It wasn't as good as usual. It was a little dry. I hope that was just an off day. I will try it again.
