For years, we’ve used Charlie Swain. So I called as always and I was given two options either do it ourselves or spend $1100 and have them do it. Oh my God are they kidding me so I had another company come out immediately and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Charlie Swain, you should take your name off the business because the new owner is not doing your name any justice at all! If I could’ve done less than one star I would have!!!

I contacted this company for an estimate to run a new gas line for my kitchen. The technician came out promptly, took measurements, and discussed the job details, mentioning that someone from the office would get back to me with an estimate. After a week with no response, I called the office and spoke with a woman who was careless and unresponsive. She assured me I would receive the estimate within 2-3 weeks. My drain line between my kitchen and the primary "cleanout" became clogged backing up water into my kitchen sink. I contacted Charlie Swain Plumbing this morning, and after juggling their schedule, they were able to schedule me for same day service. The technician arrived on time, was professional and personable, and fixed the issue. His work product was very clean!!! First time using Charlie Swain Plumbing, and I will certainly use them again!!!
