Friendly and very helpful in our situation
Last night, my car was stuck behind a store. Brakes are really not good. My son had called a different tow and gave him an hour and a half waiting time. When I came to him, I remembered Charlie's Wreck Service, which is a local tow company. I called and was promised I wasn't gonna wait 1hr and a half. I actually wait less than 30 mins!!! The driver knew his job well as he was quick and efficient. Most importantly he set me at ease in the dark in the middle of nowhere. He made follow up calls to ensure the job was completed satisfactorily. Definitely the best service I have experienced.
