RecommendedCharlie's has THE best smoked fish. We make a meal of his fish whenever we're in Door for the week and we always stop by and fill the cooler to take some home. Just the aroma of smoking fish when you drive up to Gill's Rock makes our mouths water.
This is the best fish you'll ever eat, I promise you. Also, the staff is fantastic. The best part is they will ship to you during the off-season. The smoked whitefish and salmon are the highlight of our family Christmas party. Love this place. I highly recommend.

Charlies has been part of our life for about 45 years. Love it more each time we get some. Wish chubs would repopulate. They were always our favorite. Trout and whitefish are still excellent.
Delivery was fast, fish is delicious and very moist! For finding them on line I was a little worried but the reviews were spot on!! I will continue to order from them!! Thanks for the awesome fish and speedy delivery!!
