They can be fair with pricing. I had an experience today that most would not believe. It was plumbing 101 and Charlie's was called to re-install a sink faucet that had been removed to hone and polish the stone counter top. The plumber arrived shortly after 9 am. It took him 2 hours to decide that he wanted to replace the plastic flat nut on one handle with metal ones and went to Home Depot in search of the parts. Gretchen, I understand your frustration. There can be a lot of unknowns when it comes to working on existing or customer provided material. The technician noticed that the existing plastic material did not meet our standards of work and wanted to make sure the reinstallation was going to be done correctly and last. RecommendedThe plumber was at my place within 2 hours of my call to the office. He was prepared to fix the stopped up kitchen sinks in my unit and the next door unit. George was professional, friendly, quickly made the repairs, and cleaned up. I was very impressed with the work and appreciate the expediency.

I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing who completed a very tough job for us recently. They replaced and repaired 36" storm drain under concrete driveway in a congested residential area. Execution of the job was flawless. The team was technically superb (thanks Julio), and honest, transparent and very kind to the residents. Charlie's will be my number #1 go-to in the future.
Hello! I would like to compliment RICHARD GARCIA for dragging his behind out of bed at 11:30pm to come to my place at Bayou Woods on Tuesday day. He was extremely professional efficient and continued to assure me that he would not leave until he got to the bottom of the problem and he would also make sure that everything was cleaned up to the best of his ability. He was patient with me and my foulmouth and bad mood. Very impressed with the service I received!

A tech was at my office all afternoon yesterday replacing a pump and said that he would return first thing in the morning to complete the job. They never returned. I had to call the office and they said that the tech has no authority to say they will come back to finish a job even though they were only half way done with the job... WOW!!! Never use these guys:
