RecommendedThe service today was good. Inside cleaned well. The outside good, but wish they would get the bugs off the front of my truck. It seems they pay more attention to the glamorous vehicle and not the trucks. Which if they knew what they cost they would maybe pay more attention to them. Oh well, they do good on the inside at least. Thanks
Don’t expect a clean car when you leave! The past 3 visits they have had an hour+ wait for interior cleaning. There must be an issue with staffing because the bays are not full. I understand they primarily employ teenagers and they can be unpredictable at times but maybe higher pay, better benefits or better leadership is needed to get them to show up.
They are too lazy to wash even a moderately dirty pick up. Terrible customer service.
Paid for the hand dry and tire shine so there wouldnt be water spots all over my car. I got the stand around and watch the water dry and left with waterspots still....thanks
I have to say that this was the worst wash I’ve ever had. I normally go to Mirror Image but as a Lees Summit resident I chose to support local companies. Never again. I got the ultimate wash for $35. The bed, back window, bed rails and bumper were still dirty. I also paid for the wax, tire shine and rainex window treatment. When i got home the car wasn’t waxed all the way. I have used this car wash since it opened in Lees Summit. Several times the truck comes out dirty. I spend the extra to have tire shine and wax. What a joke. Today I went in and paid for best wash and the premium exterior package (total $26.00).. Only three cars in bays when I pulled in. Waited for my turn. The attendants started on three car that came in after me. When I confronted the supervisor, she said that’s the way it was. Basically “to bad”. I left. Never to return.
