Unfortunately, the low cost of the pedicure didn’t quite make up for the bad experience we had. They upcharged everything without telling us about an additional cost, and they separated our group across the salon even though I had an appointment for 3 and 1 of the 3 was an 8 year old. Pretty bizarre experience, though the nail tech I had was very nice and doing her best
We made an appointment a few days in advance for three regular pedicures. We arrived and they took two individuals before us, didn’t allow us to sit together (and tried to have to child with us sit separate from us adults), and charged us for extra amenities that we didn’t ask for, they automatically did. It was very rushed and not worth the cost.
I am one not to complain. I just got done having a full knee replacement a month ago and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure and just a polish change on my regular nails I was not pleased with either service. I wasn't asked if I wanted my pronouns to be cut down or not, it was rough as well as rushed. No communication, then a miscommunication gave me a different color on my nails than my toes. My nail girl is great but the male owner is mean and cocky. I get nail dip, broke my bail and most of the dip with it. I went in, my girl was off. He told me to come back when she was in. My weekday work schedule is her schedule as well. I asked if anyone can fix it, I'll pay whatever. He sat me down, visibly annoyed, in tone and demeaner. This is my absolute FAVORITE nail salon! They do such an incredible job every time, & my gel nail polish last weeks which I cannot say the same from other salons. I also love getting my eyebrows done here, I feel like they really take their time & don't rush. I sometimes will drive over an hour just to come to my hometown & get my nails done here! Highly recommend (:
