I went to Charlie obaugh Kia on January 23rd of this year and got my very first brand new car all on my own, with a huge thank you to my salesman Erik!!. He made sure I was taken care of the whole time I was there and helped me understand any and everything I didn’t understand. The team there did amazing work as well when it came to making sure I got insurance on the car that weren’t to pricey! So disappointed in our local dealership. From the time we got out of our car it seemed no one was interested in selling a car. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. Only had one customer in the showroom. Everyone was busy scrolling on their phones. Finally someone paged someone to come help us. From there, it was clear the guy could care less if he sold us a car. We exchanged some messages over a few days and still the same.
