Excellent customer service, but slight lack of experience and knowledgeability in many areas. Also, there's always something else that needs fixed whenever something is getting repaired or serviced... A decent place, with plenty of room for improvement. A money sink!

Worst Service department in my 30 years of owning cars, my wife's car needed a software update for a 12v battery issue on her 2024 Kia Sportage, first sign of bad service was when we made the appointment we were told that we would get a loaner but upon arrival the very rude service advisor ( Kelly ) said no loaners were available but we could wait as it would not take more than an hour all of a sudden. my wife was given her car back and we though that was the end of that, well I get to clean the car for her ever so often and... read more
