Having never purchased a car from a dealership prior to last Friday, I was nervous going into it, but the Charlie Obaugh Kia staff were personable and easy to talk to. I love my new car and am satisfied with the experience I had working with Matt and others.
We drove 2 hours to dealership for a particular color and model. They were honest and forthright about pricing. It took nearly 2 hours to process paperwork, clean up the vehicle, and gas it up in the morning on a weekday. I had pre-approved financing before I arrived. My experience with numerous purchases average about an hour between identification of the desired vehicle and driving away. I didn't feel as if the dealership valued my time.
