My mom bought a 2024 Kia Seltos from here brand new, it currently has under 20,000 miles and the AC stopped working a little over a month ago. She brought it in for repair, since it’s a brand new car and under “warranty” and they didn’t even have the part on hand to repair for the first visit since it’s so new and a problem that shouldn’t be occurring. The sullen woman working in the service does not suit this dealership. She is pushy and has a loud voice when talking to people. This is not good.
Once again, I went to Charlie Obaugh and Clement Bruner was my salesman. My son needed a car after an accident and Clement was there every step of the way. He called and checked in on my son, so when it was time to look for another car he was able to find my son exactly what he wanted and at a great price. Anyone looking for a car should ask for him. I know I can go to him and tell him what I need and he delivers every time. If you're looking for a car he's your guy.
