Service department in Waynesboro has moved to Staunton. It's a shame they can't be bothered to update their website to reflect this change. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on after having my "confirmed" appointment not even end up in their system, and wasting an hour of my time on their incompetence. If you want crappy service then you've found the right place. I have never dealt with a worse service center anywhere for anything. They had my car from June 16th until July 21st. Not only did they not call me to tell me what was wrong with my car, but they also refused to return my phone calls. I had to physically go down to them once a week just to find out if they even knew what was wrong with my car. It took them 4 weeks to even have an inkling of what was wrong with my car and even then it wasn't what they told me it wa... read more
