Took my 2012 Suburban in for new brake pads on July 28. They said it would be $300 which I unfortunately assumed was competitive. Two days later I get the vehicle back and a bill for $400 (The $300 was just for brakes, not labor). All I needed was brake pads (I know this because I was at another dealership out of town getting an oil change and they told me.)
