This clinic should really be investigated for patient neglect. There is absolutely no reason to have two women as heartless as the ones working the front desk here, dealing with anyone especially Veterans. How do you continuously refuse care for veterans but still get paid. There are a lot of garbage VA Centers but Statesboro takes the cake for worst.
I understand this place is a part of the va but it is by far the worst place I've ever been. The joke of a primary they are using "Dr" Speaks, please avoid this woman like the plauge. Does not listen/understand/or have time to deal with anything other than her own agenda. The only chance for what might be considered care is the social worker up front, who can make calls and assist with appointments without dealing with Speaks
Very unprofessional and unorganized. The nurses are spiteful of each other which affects us as patients. They never answer the phone, always getting transferred to Charlie Norwood's line, and still don't answer when they transfer the call. Nor do they even have a doctor that can see you right now, just the nurses there. The unprofessionalism is very crazy to me.
My experience at this place is outstanding. Whenever I have a problem they're always willing to go the extra mile to help me.
Very unprofessional. I called to check on my application for enrollment and they stated that they did not have it. So i drove up to the office to fill out another one and the three ladies in the front laughed and said "oh we found your application". I did not think anything about the situation was funny. Nor did i enjoy driving to the location to be laughed at. A callback would've been appreciated considering I had just gotten off the phone with them about 5 minutes prior to driving there.
