Employees will interrupt your appointment with gossip about other patients. They are very loud (even with the door closed) everytime I come, making it hard to hear the provider in the room with me. The provider (Purvis)doesn't take your pain seriously. Told me that all of it is in my head, although I feel it in my body everyday. Angela Coussons-Dyches rolled her eyes while I was in the middle of describing pain to her. I love the staff here. It's a very comforting to know that they genuinely care about their patients. Thus far I have no complaints.
