Same everywhere: impossible to get appointments, Impossible parking, will not pick up the phone, pathological liars if they do call back, most doctors do not know the difference between a tonsil and a hemorrhoid. So sad, because congress gave themselves the best health care benefits taxpayer money can buy, then trapped veterans in a medieval system. Some good doctors and nurses are also trapped in the system.
