Charlie was wonderful. Helpful at every turn. Thorough in his explanation of various options. Clear in what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. He responded quickly to any of our queries. On top of all this, Charlie is friendly, approachable, and personable. He was great to work with in every way. Because of his work, our house was listed on a Friday, closed in a week, and we got considerably more than the asking price. Perfect.
Selling our long-term family home was difficult for us—a pair of seniors. Fortunately, we had engaged Charlie to help us. Charlie understood our reluctance, guided us through the process with patience, and always was respectful of our pace. His knowledge of the market and what buyers were looking for was spot on.
