Charlie is a consummate professional. He knows the real estate market, he knows how to sell a house and he took care of everything for us. We moved out and gave him a key, an in less than six weeks the sale of our house closed. His knowledge of the home we were selling and the Summit Hill neighborhood were especially valuable. Charlie has helped me buy and sell three homes now over the past decade plus and I won't go anywhere else again. He is never afraid to give an honest opinion and unlike so many agents, he actually knows houses mechanically and has an incredible eye for design. I had 7 offers in 36 hours this last time and accepted an offer above asking. Charlie knows his stuff.
