Charlie is a well-known scammer in the Bulkley Valley. He doesn't pay what he owes to hardworking people / has a bad habit of remitting cheques that bounce. It doesn't bother him one little bit. I am amazed that he is still in business. One of these days, Chuckie...One of these days, you're going to piss somebody off real bad, Chuckster. I wish you luck.

Never met this guy but was looking for houses on his website. I mean. His website was awful. I’m this day and age how you portray yourself using media and websites is a big deal. If you can’t even put in the effort to have a decently functioning website I don’t want to do business with you.
