RecommendedWe stopped in today with our sons and absolutely loved it!!! My son said the corn bread was the best he has ever had. Highly recommend.
First off I’m not unsatisfied with our meal. Especially the sides, they were fantastic. But their ribs are perplexing. They were right at the line of being overwhelmed with salt and I love salt. I had to scrape off the top layer of the ribs and resause them. Also I don’t know why the silver skin wasn’t removed before smoking? That’s the first step to smoking ribs. Dave and his crew at Charlie Ks will never disappoint. Food is always good and prices are fair. He catered my wedding and all 150 guests were very pleased with the food. Great local business to have in town.

The brisket and ribs are my favorite but the pit beef is good too! YUM! 😋
Have been staying at Sea Colony for a few years now and this was my first visit. The BBQ Brisket was good, moist and on a very nice kaiser roll. I recommend getting it without sauce or on the side, if you don't like a heavy sauce. Cornbread was good too. Price was reasonable.
Best bbq in Delaware. Wish we had one in Pike Creek.
The chicken was bbq perfectly. Moist and cooked through. Loved it.
Was there this weekend and my friend and daughter both ordered the pork bbq platter. The bbq was so salty neither could eat it and the potatoes in the potato salad were still hard. Very disappointed.
