Charlie is the best. I lived in Littlestown for a few years and always preferred his cut to any other. I can’t find any one in Dover that compares. I’ll be up today, and with any luck I’ll come back with a good cut.

I take my grandsons to get haircuts and Charlie is amazing !! The boys love their haircuts and I love the price!! Won’t go anywhere else..

Had my hair cut at Charlie's Barber Shop for the 1st time on June 3, 2024 and it's exactly what I wanted done and the cost of $9 is unbeatable. Charlie is a great friendly guy and I'll certainly be a regular customer in the future .

Great little Barbershop owners friendly and easy to get along with and gives a great haircut for a good price used other local Barbers and while I enjoyed them just as much price wise he was much better and I like being able to just walk in and get a haircut and not have to make an appointment that is one of the biggest things for me I know it's kind of stupid but I'm just bad at making appointments so being out of just getting the car go out and get the haircut which so far I've never had to wait at least that I can remembe... read more
