I tried calling the phone number listed on the website several times to get pricing and info, but I always reach the people at your answering service that is located out of state. Those people are very nice, but they cannot do anything but pass along my messages. I've left a couple messages with them to have one of your sales reps call me, but I get no response from anyone in your office. I also emailed your office for info and got no response. We bought the house in April of 2021, we received the Certificate of Occupancy on January 24, 2023. We have a large lot and the subcontractors drove all over it, with consent and knowledge of Charlie Johnson Builders. We have over an acre of damage caused by the heavy equipment and have made numerous request for the damage to be fixed. Charlie Johnson has refused to address it or respond to our request to fix it. Their finishing work was substandard, the painting was poor, we had tile work with missing grout, the wrong grout... read more
