I had appointment with Dr Charlie back in July , They canceled it, I informed them that I needed to go out of State in week as my sister was Diagnosed with cancer, and I needed to be there with her, so they book me For the next Friday and then cancel that appointment. I had all my blood work done for my yearly check up already and she should have had the results. I had to leave that Saturday to go to Tennessee to my sisters. Sadly, I will miss her when she closes her practice down January 1, 2024. A good dr just wish she would have stayed in practice.

Last visit to this Dr. was horrible. She made me wait over an hour paste my appointment time and then tried to scold me for calling her out on the long wait time. She said this is normal-NOT! Now I can't get her office to fill my perscriptions. No one ever answers the phone.

We accidentally over paid by 50 percent Emily Charlie bill. We have made over a dozen calls to her office for refund. The first response was the check is in the mail, the second response was oh he is writing the check just now for a refund . Now, when we call, they do not take our calls.Also I would like to add that Dr. Charlie should go and get more educated on how to diagnose the patients’ problems.
