Charlie Green is no a good landlord. Before we rented the property he enforced the fact that he “takes good care of his property” however the first week we moved in the window in the living room shattered & we had to wait over a month to replace. We came out of pocket to pay for HIS window because he took so long to repair it. Also during the 3 month period we rented from him we had issues with the air condition unit.
