Do not bring your motorhome here! It's pretty rare these days to have a customer service person hang up on you. Honestly I don't remember the last time it happened. We had a tuneup done here in 2014 and during our travels the spark plug wires in our motorhome burned up because their mechanic failed to put the heat shields back on. During the repair the company that fixed it found that the spark plugs put in by Charlie Echols were the wrong ones. The repair cost us $1200 and Charlie Echols claims no responsibility.
