Make sure if you ever buy a property and this office is the selling broker MAKE SURE that you hire a inspector to inspect AFTER the repairs are done. Make sure they are really done! AND make sure that if they do anything that requires an inspection, that it is done BEFORE you close on the house or you could wind up in a BIG MESS like us and have open inspections 3 weeks after the closing.
