Always a great haircut!
The entire experience was amazing. I got a beard trim and was lucky enough to work with Nicole. She was friendly, professional, and helped me out in a huge way! The only reason I can't make this a five star review is whatever electric razor she used on my neck left a noticeable red line and it was sore to the touch for a day afterward. That was a small bump in the road of what was otherwise a fantastic experience. I will absolutely be back to get my beard taken care of again and I'll be there for future haircuts! Charlie & Co is a Chester County gem! You’d be hard-pressed to find a better barber shop experience in the Philly region. The prices are fair, the quality is exceptional, the shop is spotless, and most importantly, the team is kind and welcoming. Only thing they’re missing is a merch collab with Wooly Pennants but maybe it’s on the horizon…
Charlie & Co. is hands down the best barbershop in the West Chester Borough. I've been going to Amy for over 2 years, and every haircut/experience is top notch. The atmosphere is inviting and gives you the authentic barbershop feel. In addition to providing great haircuts, Amy is an amazing person and a wealth of knowledge about all things West Chester Borough related. I truly look forward to my haircuts and catching up with her about the new restaurants and stores that are going into town!
I’ve been going to Charlie & Co since they opened. Now my entire extended family and friends have become customers as well. No matter who you get on the chair, the conversation excels and the vibes are professional and lighthearted. It’s a great place for adults, people with kids and I’ve even seen a few pets in there! Dustin has been my go-to guy for the past 2 years & I can’t rave enough about them.
