I took my Nissan for a repair and it came back with a broken signal light. I talked to Hector Sanchez regarding this issues and he said he will call me back, and he never did. I had left several messages and he still did not return my call. My Mika lights is still broken and Nissan have not offer to fix the issue.
One star is more than what I'd give them. They have had my Nissan Rogue for a month and the way they have handled my situation is beyond incompetent. 3 times I have taken it for the same issue. While driving it drops down to 40mph or 20mph with on a malfunction warning on the screen. Brake lights never go on, so if there is a vehicle behind me I could easily get hit. Adam Castillo, Ramiro Quintanilla and Scott (who refused to give his last name because he was uncomfortable) are all full of false promises and lies. They... read more
