i have been using this place for years and they have no clue how to run a business or fix anything! stay away!!!!!!! my heater broke on 12/18 i explained it was my only source of heat and please call with eta. no call ever came i was left with no heat over xmass and then when i called again. he didn't even look at it for week!!!!! then when i asked when its going to fixed( 10 days after i dropped off ) they said i have no clue and refused to see when parts would be delivered or tell me when they were ordered but said maybe n... read more
