I’m concerned. Had to contact Charlie multiple times to even get a response that was due four days prior. Didn’t offer a reason for denial, though all requirements were met. I’m not saying it’s what they are doing, but I advise everyone to be careful with high application fees on a property. It’s documented (you are already on Google, so see for yourself) that scams like this do occur. The late responses triggered a red flag.
