Her attention to detail is phenomenal and she has this amazing ability to build you a dress from scratch from inspiration photos. Queenie was so great to work with. I bought my dress at a shop in Melbourne and took it to her to be altered. She did a fantastic job making sure it fit me exactly how I wanted it to. She also added a better bustle than what it came with so it sat better. I only saw her once for a fitting, then next time I went it was ready to be taken home and it was perfect. I had a wonderful experience having my wedding dress altered here. My dress required quite a few alterations—particularly around the bust, waist, and hips—and Queenie took the time to really listen to my vision and how I wanted to feel in the dress.
