For school orders - Bad customer service!
I ordered takeout by way of DoorDash (their website has been hacked by a spammer). The pick up was fine and friendly although I think they started cooking after I arrived for pick up. The general tso chicken was super boring and soggy, the Mongolian beef was watery and tasteless, and the chicken fried rice was simply onions, rice, and chicken. Zero vegetables. Decent Asian fusion food and quite fast service. The prices are unusually affordable for Los Altos. In the afternoon, there are often hoards of loud middle school kids.
