I just left here about 20 mins ago and will never return the store mgr a lady wearing a black shirt who seemed to be in charge ,gave me an attitude when I said my sandwich wasn’t cut in half .she then took my food and threw it on the counter as to say I inconvenienced her !! And then my sandwich was cut in half ..her attitude in general was very displeasant and not very welcoming for and establishment asking for business In 2026 the Black Dollar is STILL Very Powerful if you’re black don’t spend your $$$ HERE 😒

I've known charleys to prepare food upon order. During my visit the stove was off the cook pulled precooked food and warmed the bread. The cheese was not melted on the steak sub. The meat was lukewarm which caused the cheese not too melt. I was very displeased with the food. I just returned the meal and requested a refund.
