I asked for a Philly cheesesteak, but he brought out chicken instead. I respectfully went back up to get my order corrected, and he said I never said that. He then changed it to my correct order, but it took a long time, and the fries were cold from the delay.
I speak English and we have a hard time understanding each other. They have the best ice cream when it’s working as well as the soda and ice machine.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I rarely leave reviews and as someone who works in fast food I understand but the balding guy with grey hair and glasses who’s always on register in here needs to work on his customer service and how he treats his customers idc if it’s inside a Walmart or not. He rushed me to come up in the line and order while I was on the side looking at the menu. I attempted to order 2 small chicken cheesesteaks and almost got charged $20 for it. Absolutely DO NOT order from here. I wish I had an image of what I received that they considered a cheesesteak… basically just bread with a pinch of meat and a pinch of cheese. They should absolve themselves from the cheesesteak business
