Manager Joshua was extremely rude and dismissive when I brought up his messy floor, which included a fall hazard of melting ice that an employee caused. Also the dirty napkin dispenser on the wall, the missing items such as lids for my drink and no salt for fries - the overflowing trash - and him specifically allowing a pit bull dog and his dog owner buddy (they are always chatting when I come in) and it seems the manager allows the dog and owner to basically live in the seating area! 2nd review. Same point. This man right here is a super human. He is why this place is amazing. I asked his name this time but forgot. It was a couple days ago that I was there. Watching this man in action proves that customer service is still alive. Job well done. You make sure the food is quality, your employees are happy and that your customers feel important. Keep it up my friend!!
