I had never heard of Charlie's before noticing them while visiting a local Walmart. I would put Charlie's in the category with other chains like Mike's or Subway. I asked for a regular cheesesteak and was served a nice six-inch sub. The bread was soft (not an amerosa roll but a proprietary similar product). Would be an adequate lunch stop if it wasn't stuck inside a noisy Wal-Mart. Only stopped because I was on a time crunch and wanted a cheese stake food and service was okay. It was a bit expensive for what I got and the I already mentioned the atmosphere was poor.
Don’t order from here! I ordered a curb side pickup when I got there I checked in like the email said! Responded with the parking lot number, and waited 20 mins after the pickup time no food tried calling no answer so I got out went inside and they had literally no customers in there act like they didn’t know any English but understood everything I said gave me cold food told them to remake it and had to wait very bad experience don’t recommend!
