I’ve visited this Charley’s location very often and they’re all always very kind to customers. The food always comes out fresh and fast even when it’s busy. Would recommend !
Ever since the new managers took over I've seen this place be miserable. It used to be where the service and food was good. Now it seems like if there is no effort. I don't know who's idea it was to hire this new manager but they need to get rid of them ASAP. I used to enjoy the food, now im waiting a good a minute for my order and on top the food isn't as good as it used to.
Every time I've eaten here, the food is fresh and excellent. The place is very clean and relaxing.
