The worker was on her phone made my food poorly The sandwich fell apart was over drenched with sauce, fries, where overcooked I’ve had Charlie’s cheesesteak before and it was amazing but this time was not made with care
Tried Charley's for the first time. Very pleased! I placed an order on their website, and by the time I arrived, they were bagging it up. Both sandwiches were delicious, and they were very generous with the steak and toppings. We'll be back!
Ordered at kiosk, requested meat, cheese, onion and bun. Remove all else. Staff even assured me no peppers lettuce or mayo. Sandwich was swimming in mayo and covered in lettuce and peppers. Inedible! I work long shifts and am lucky if I can catch a place for a warm meal before it closes. Place closed after I picked up so I cannot even get a redo or refund. Going hungry, but please avoid this location so you don’t go hungry as well.
