Nice place. AC is working. Music playing is 90s rock not too loud. Tables and floor are clean. Wasn’t greeted in particular but when they saw me looking at the menu board they asked if I needed anything. They have a self order kiosk like many places these days so I didn’t really feel like I needed them to take my order. When I walked into the restaurant, I was ignored by staff and my order was wrong. I won’t be back.
The worst Charleys! The service is terrible I walked in with my partner no one at the register greeted us. The guy at the register completely ignored us he started to take the person behind us order until we yelled out HELLO! Where literally standing at the register you skipped us to take the person behind us order. Then they completely messed up our order. They don’t speak English and were not understanding what we were saying. This was the worse Charleys ever I will never come back to the Aspen Hill location ever.
