I went here to have a quick lunch with some friends, and it was definitely not bad. We did not have to wait too long because we were the only ones waiting in line, so we were able to order pretty quickly. We ate inside the restaurant, and the wait was about 5 minutes until we got our food. The food was alright and was pretty costly per person. I did enjoy it, but it was only okay.
When I got to Charley's the gates were pulled shut like they were closed. I did my Walmart shopping and as I was leaving they opened up again. I placed my order and waited, and waited. When I finally got my order, the fries were well overcooked and crumped together. The sandwich was half-butt put together and falling apart. I should have looked before I left but with it taking so long, I was running late. I tried calling them back 6 times throughout the day and even twice this afternoon.
