I’ve been here multiple times always having hope small mistakes were made. Today, again I ask for jalapeños on my sub, pay the up charge and my order isn’t what I asked. This staff sucks(cashier was nice but the cooks can’t read apparently).
Not sure what’s going on with this location. The steak always has a burnt taste. It’s like they are scraping the grill and putting burnt pieces into the steak. The worst Charley’s I’ve ever tasted.
luv this place, so good and the people working and cashiers are very friendly. FOOD IS BOMB👌
It was closed for good. They need to update their website so people don't waist their time going there.
Had to try the classic cheese steak combo. I ordered the small classic cheesesteak, fries & small drink. Steak was a little dry and could use a little salt and pepper but was still very good w lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, bell peppers. & cheese on a toasted roll. small is enough for the average adult. Fries are crispy and crunchy unpeeled with skin, very good. Get the sweet tea (not overly sweet) mix with slash of lemonade and you’ve got an excellent Arnold Palmer. Very good meal for $12 and change.
