I had a really disappointing experience at Charley’s Cheesesteak. The service was poor, and my order was missing an item that I had paid for. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to my order made the experience frustrating. I expected better customer service and for my order to be complete. Hopefully, management can address these issues and improve the service for customers.
The place is small but the service is very good, the guys who serve are very friendly and serve you quickly, the Gourmet cheese and bacon fries are excellent and the malteadas are the best.
Super nice people. I would die for them!
I’ve been here multiple times always having hope small mistakes were made. Today, again I ask for jalapeños on my sub, pay the up charge and my order isn’t what I asked. This staff sucks(cashier was nice but the cooks can’t read apparently).
Not sure what’s going on with this location. The steak always has a burnt taste. It’s like they are scraping the grill and putting burnt pieces into the steak. The worst Charley’s I’ve ever tasted.
